This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) sets out terms under which Omtrex Ltd T/A NetNavi
processes personal data on behalf of the Client (Controller).
Obligations of NetNavi (Processor):
– Process data only on Client instructions.
– Ensure confidentiality of authorised staff.
– Implement security measures for data protection.
– Assist with GDPR compliance, including data subject requests and breach notifications.
– Delete or return data on termination unless required by law.
– Provide compliance information and allow audits on request.
Sub-Processors:
We may use trusted service providers (hosting, backup, analytics). They are bound by equivalent
obligations.
International Transfers:
Data will not be transferred outside the UK/EEA without appropriate safeguards.
Governing Law:
This DPA is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

This Addendum forms part of the contract between the Client (Controller) and Omtrex Ltd T/A
NetNavi (Processor).

Commitments:

– Keep data secure with technical/organisational measures.
– Notify the Client without undue delay if a breach occurs.
– Delete or return data upon termination unless legally required to keep it.

obligations.
Governing Law:
This Addendum is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
